I think restricting child labor is beneficial if you are falling behind tech wise as it gives education bonuses and with those you can potentially offset the losses with economic and industrial techs

Africa is too unstable and corrupt for us to effectively help them, but an independent, prosperous, and sovereign BlackAmerica can help uplift nations in the Afro Caribbean.

if this is hpm mod then certain countries cannot justify on other countries, japan for example will allow you to justify on korea for sariwon province and to make puppet but it wont let you annex the entire country without the decision to do so. its probably the worst thing about that mod.
