in terms of raw strength, Roberta is superior, but in terms of all other physicality/athleticism, and in gun skills, they're equal to each other, and Revy is quite tough too (Roberta was popping pain and whatever pills when she was taking all that "damage" to herself in season 3: RBT) wish we got to truly see Balalaika vs Roberta, as Balalaika is also quite physically strong too, and while I don't know about now, as Balalaika is older, but younger Balalaika when she was still in the military, would definitely be physically equal to Roberta Roberta is slightly superior to Revy, but really not by that much, and also, we don't know how non-smiling DARK Revy would perform against Roberta, as DARK Revy is a completely different beast

Revy isn’t just outmatched in strenght but endurance, speed and durability as well, she got knockout by Roberta’s Noob Tube while Roberta came out unscathed from the explosion she caused at the bar at *close* range since she dropped them bombs at her feet. This girl breaks chainsaws, breaks blades with her teeth, punches through grown men skulls. Bruh, she is not just only slightly superior to Revy, even in skill (she can lifts with one arm weapons that are supposed to be held with 2 arms by trained men and still manages to shot with flawless accuracy). Also if Balalaika could be that impressive, she wouldn’t need her men to confront Roberta and would do it herself and even then, they could just slow her down. Revy only got a tie against a suppressed Roberta, she would’ve died real quick if she fought alone bloodlusted Roberta who took on the USA military, many mafias etc all by herself. I doubt even dark Revy could do much against these insane feats.
