So if you're talking about VCT reduction the calculation is (DEX * 2) + INT = 530. This includes bonuses so the more bonuses you have for dex the better. What's nice about the Black Eagle Ring combo is it gives 100% VCT redux for AS FAS and Aimed Bolt so you wont have to worry about stats hehe.

Hello. Is there an alternative to MKS for removing the fixed cast time aside from using the Zodiac Archer boots?
