Thank you for sharing this!! I can almost do no comply impossible but having trouble jumping back on. Hoping I can do the actual one soon after I figure out the nc
I know how to fully wrap about 80% of the time. It’s a trick that sometimes looks like a 360 shuv for me. I still watched this video because there’s so much wisdom in the talks. Particularly enjoyed the talk about how style develops around 9:30
Happens to me sometimes as well. It’s just one of those tricks. I’ve seen people filming them have to do three or four, before they hit one that looks right. Thanks for watching!
I think some of the problem is the shape of the modern popsicle board. I have been learning freestyle and the square end on the tail makes impossibles go more vertically.
Great explanation of this trick. I fought to learn this one on a 9.75" Templeton Cat back in the day. It is a way easier trick to learn on a narrow board.
Templeton was one of my first favorite skaters. Reason I learned this trick. Reason I bought my first pair of Dickies, back when they were $17 and came Scotch guarded. Also, Geoff Rowley. Got an 8.5 “Blue Cat” and couldn’t land any tricks. But was happy to skate it, since it bore Rowley’s name.
I have a strange issue where either I'll wrap it too much and it'll kind of stop halfway on my foot, or I'll be super explosive and my back foot causes a 360 Shuv Late flip, my back foot sort of catches and flicks the board, I can't really explain it😅
Impossible feels absolutely nothing like a tre flip/ 3shuv im sorry dude I always people to completely forget about tre flips or 3shuvs if they tryna learn impossibles cos its a completely different motion and mindset u need
I thought the same but i have them on lock now fully wrapped and it is like a tre flip but the back foot is flat when you scoop and the secret to the trick really is scooping foward and pulling it back to even out the trick and its insane how easy the trick becomes when you keep in mind pulling your foot back after scooping foward
The tail and toe details are the kind of tips I've been looking for!
I hope they help. It’s a strange trick to learn. Pressuring and lifting your front foot are tough to time.

You’re half way there! You’ll get it soon.
Ur dog is so cute!! Wanna see more of him/her
He’s a ham 😂
Ollie tre flip, Ollie nollie switch!!!
Great video part

I was a huge Tommy G fan and then the New Deal came out and blew my mind. I learned impossibles from a sequence of stills of Ed in Thrasher.

No more of those. That was a one-time deck. I think Sammy had a guest model with Shorty’s recently.
