Great drill.. The breakdown into manageable components is perfect bro.. My daughter's favorite player is Derek Rose, so I can get her on this one for sure...Thanks..

thanks :)
Nice post.. love this tutorial so much...
and may i know what is the title of the backsound allarounda beat music?
Thx
Thanks for the tutorial. Could you make a tutorial on Kemba Walker's gamewinning step back. It is sort of confusing how he steps back twice.
nice videos :)
you're welcome, keep working. - SL
I will recreate the move and call it the "very Windy City assassin". It shall be great.
thanks
Yep
Those were the days...
Where in Sacramento do you do your Skills Training? I'll go to SAC this December! Can you teach me?
I have a suggestion. When you demonstrate the crossover don't dribble out in front of the cone because it makes it easier for the defender to knock it away. Instead try dribbling inside the cone to make your dribble tighter and more affective like D Rose. Rather than that you did a good job explaining the move
i Like That Move
All good. - SL
I've been doing this move for like 2 years and didn't even know it was an actual move, so I felt really dumb when I'd do it cuz I'd think, "no one does this, why do I do it?"
SAMs the best trainer in sac #24hour
What drills you recommend for rising high school ballers?
hey can u make a video that how to make ur left hand get better at dribbling? i look at others video i tried it seems dosn't works for me
Enjoy hearing the success stories from real ballers, keep up the grind. Stay tuned for next skills mix presentation. - SL
I come from the future d rose got injured got traded to the knick, cavs ,Utah got cut 2 days later,Minnesota, and now Detroit
great vid man... the only thing is you're travelling in part 3 of the move
Cones aren't needed, much simpler if you just work on doing cross overs if you can't, and then adding the step back after you can do a cross over effectively.
Ayo dat move look sick...gotta learn it
RepsUp
I placticed dat move now I can perform it n games an it always have the defender stepping back
Hahaha Hell Yeah!
Great video, dropped my friend to the ground doing this move...
course you did
I used this move on the court and was called traveling.
they told me that I moved my pivot foot, which was the right foot that I used to jump backward!
Wow that's cool. You based in Chicago?
@SLskillsfactory What shoes are you wearing in this video? I love them
#NIKE LeBron Soldier 3
Cheerz
Why is he trying to talk like that
Hey can someone tell me where m fingers should end up on my shot. I mean this as in once I shoot, flick my wrist etc. how should m fingers be, like 1 finger down 3 up, should all four be together facing down, should I just flick my wrist and let my hand and fingers fly around?
the 1 dislike was brandon jennings
You're welcome. - SL
Yo what shoes do ya have im this vid?
The 18 dislikes was the milwaukee bucks
so kyrie irving did this to in the rookie challenge but insted of cross it was an in and out
Thanks for the video ! I went to the gym just to practice this a little bit ago. But I was wondering, (in case I need to make my own adjustments to the move) does derrick rose technically travel at any point(s) during that clip? If so could you point out where?
Nope, only one step then a hop step.
Do you guys have gyms with basketball courts in america?
Cool so this is basicly the Ai crossover into a fade away
Is basically all your weight on your inside foot in step 1 and 2?
Representin Nor. Cal !!
