when i send my word document in an email (as an attachment) with a beautiful table that looks fabulous. When they open my word document attachment, some of the content in my tables falls out. This is very frustrating.

That sounds frustrating! While we can't provide any specific troubleshooting help, you could try exporting your document as a PDF. A PDF will keep that table locked in place every time.

Entering text in coloumns and rows, instead of lines and paragraph, go to insert Tab and Table. Choose Table as you need coloumns and rows
