    Commercial loans are typically 25 year Amortization max, not 30 yr.

    Residential property are very slow, and many owners unable to leave CA, we just dumped 100 k of equity in order to sell.

    I'm beyond super greedy, i refuse to overpay, the only deals i wanted to look at were all still at least 100,000 over priced. i don't even want to mention everything else i passed on just by looking at the paper

    Commercial will return with the expiration of TCJA. Companies will be able to deduct reimbursement for commuting
