I have pigmented bumps on my butt however it feels hard and isn't associated with pus discharge it is present since a couple of years now. What should it be diagnosed as?

@@angelplng2048u can use demelan cream twice or thrice a week at night time and before using this cream double cleanse ur fce amd wait for 15-20 mints until ur face is completly dry..then apply vaseline on the sides or ur nose , corners of ur lips and sides of ur eyes and then apply a small quantity of demelan cream on ur face or neck wherevr u want to apply and after this wait for another 15-20 mints and then apply ur moisturizer
