I've seen spirits all my life and I've had psychic dreams and feelings all my life . I've always thought of it as a curse. Especially psychic dreams. I did spiritualist readings for free for a short while, but I was being pestered constantly, so I've mainly stopped now. A spiritualist showed me how to block and its about 80% worked.
I have prophetic dreams. They've been coming on frequently these last two weeks and I keep a dream diary for it. I don't get the third eye pressure but I do get random ringing in my ears. Those are spiritual downloads. Usually it's my left ear but sometimes it will be in my right and I always grab my tarot cards and messages pop out like crazy.

Day out trip to the seaside my kids and me . I bumped into this man and lady with their kids jesus something pure in the air made me love how well mannered they were to see them all on the news. They tried to save their kids and one lived but died .

It's amazing to listen to this because I have many of these things happening in my life. For many years I've always woken up at 3:00 am!!! I have always been able to feel what others and animals are feeling. Animals have always been drawn to me, and I feel a very deep connection with the animal Kingdom. It's like I can talk to them and know what they're trying to communicate with me. So now I'm seriously thinking about how I can enhance these gifts. I've always felt connected to the unseen realm.

I've been having bad reoccurring dreams of police or criminals coming after me with guns and knives and I have full on conversations with them it's a bit traumatic then I wake up thinking what the hell
It's weird and I don't know how to explain it; my intuition is right about 95% of the time, at times I can hear a person's thoughts and I know this sounds crazy in the eyes of someone who can't do this though I can't control it at all or know how to. I can remember in great detail everything about my dreams and everything said specifically and can distinguish faces and know when there is an unfamiliar face. I can almost always predict an outcome like it's nothing and can read people so damn well in only a matter of seconds. I have this deep connection to the paranormal and at times have had encounters and I will say they weren't pleasant ones no less. I don't know how but I can see things through someone else's eyes right as things are happening when I'm asleep and it's like as if I'm actually there watching the whole thing unfold right before me. I can also tell when people are talking good or bad about me when an ear rings and it's either one or the other and never both. I have the gift of healing with my hands for some strange reason. I know things without explanation and don't know how I know them. If I close my eyes and concentrate hard enough I can pull someone in my direction like as if I'm tugging at a string and even asked what it feels like to that exact person and they say it just feels like they are being pulled in a specific direction...anybody who reads who has any of these gifts please respond and give me an explanation because I just don't have one. PS some of this I have been doing since I was a kid and these other gifts I possibly inherited as I grew up over the years and I'm 29yo now.
