    Nice work! I just heard my 1989 blow up yesterday and now I am looking at doing the same thing. Bummer. I have a lot to learn. Thank you.

    That noise when you turned the petrol tank tap sounded like our lasses purse when she opens it up, for some reason my wallet is always open

    Hola tengo una fzr yamaha 1000 exup 1994 tengo un problema al acelerar no sube el rpm pero la apago y la enciendo y sube a 6000 rpm perl luego vuelve a fallar y baja otra vez a 1000 rpm y escupe gasolina por los carburadores

      Hi there. To me, it sounds like your carburettors need adjustment on the fuel height. The floater must be very high, and the valve does not shut. This is why the fuel is coming out of the carburettors. There's plenty of videos here on RUclips to show you how to do it.

    We have the same taste in bikes I have a GSX-R, mines a 86 1100, and i also have an FZR 1000, an 87.
