AAAAAAAA. Okay this episode was SOOO good. I bet y'all were expecting me to edit with this episode aND I DIDD. How could I not?? Honestly the best episode of the season yet.
Okay... let's just... process this episode, shall we? BARRY SNAPPEDDD. My poor bby it was about time that he did though. He's been through so much and bottled so many emotions down that I'm glad he finally let out!! Can he stop suffering and can the writers let him be happy? :(
Also can I say I LOVE this villain? Literally the best villain since Zoom. Or Savitar. Like his acting and what he's planning... literally chef's kiss. HOW HE MANIPULATED BARRY BBOYYYY HE KNEW TO ATTACK HIS HEART HE KNEW TO GET TO HIS FAMILY TO WIN HIM OVER AAAAA THATS A VILLAIN RIGHT THERE.
ALSO NEGATIVE FLASH!! I'm so excited for next episode. I really hope Iris is the one who snaps it out of him. SHES HIS LIGHTNING ROD AFTER ALL HAHA. Also I hope for more Westallen bc I'm starving :(
THE WHOLE BABY PART. "I just wanna hold my baby" ??? I cried. literally bawling. He just wants to hold his baby, create a family with Iris, to live and never leave his family. JUST LET HIM BE HAPPY.

This made me cry. The Flash is one of my favorite shows and no one really acknowledges the fact that Barry's been through so much. Grant is an amazing Oscar-worthy actor and this was just such a powerful edit. It really hit me hard.

The best Flash episode this season. I love the emotional weight throughout the whole thing. And Barry finally snaps and releases all his emotions. Brilliant episode
How many times does Barry have to suffer for the speedforce Nora Allen, Eddie Thwane, Ronnie Raymond, Henry Allen, HR Wells, Ralph Dibney ( he's alive but died in season 4) and last but most certainly not least Nora West-Allen , 7 people have died due to the speedforce and Barry is the one who has to carry the burden with him the the speed Force doesn't have to feel the guilt Barry does
Not just them, he's lost a few friend's to Devo in season 4.
There was the portal meta, the luck meta, the music/sound meta, etc. (Don't remember their names)
Many more people he's lost and many more in the future.
We have always known Grant Gustin to be an amazing actor, but those series of videos where Barry was struggling and going through so much emotional pain.. I think he really excelled beyond amazing. I was shocked at how good his acting was. 🤯

You managed to make me cry I barely cry in front of people I was with my friends when watching this and they said why are crying I said I just a witnessed a hero life story from birth to end I shows it to then too and we all just cured in English this show and season really is good and grant gustin is such a amazing actor all the death Barry witnessed his mom his dad his daughter his friend and know he is just about to face the biggest threat in the whole dc universe grant and Stephen have come a long why since 2012 and 2014 there character development has been so good I’m glad I watched even when the shows were not at there best

(And the fade in black? What I do is change the fading curve on the clip. If you use Vegas, right click on the curve that is showing on clip once you made that effect and there should be a drop down menu. I usually click on the first one down and then have the clips on different layers so that when the clip fades it fades to black for a second but then the clip after that appears 😊 Though, for when I just want to fade in or out a clip that doesn’t lead to another, I usually use the curve that is the third one down! It’s kinda hard to explain, but I hope that helped haha!!)

One funny fact is that my sixth grade teacher was college friends with Candice. She even has a picture to prove it. I mentioned the flash series in her class one day and she brought the photo to class the next day. 🤯 it felt unreal. I doubt she would recognize her now tho.
