    Do u need to unplug the battery terminal before doing this? Thanks!

    • @AutoBuddynz
      @AutoBuddynz  Год назад +1

      Not needed but it is safer to disconnect the battery due to the close proximity of the starter motor.

    Will this sensor give me a fault code in the dash if I have knocking that I should be worried about? I'm unsure if I have knocking or if I am misdiagnosing.

    • @AutoBuddynz
      @AutoBuddynz  Год назад +2

      Yes it it will cause a fault code and will retard the timing, so you will have less power

      Have you scanned the car for fault codes?

    I have a problem with this sensor. Error P 0325 is displayed. I replaced this sensor with a new one and the problem returned after 4 days. I told the mechanic to put the original sensor in and he put in a replacement. What's the problem. I don't have such mechanics who would help themselves and my car is a Honda Stream 2.0 from 2001. Can you help?

      Was that a genuine sensor? Is the wiring all ok incl the connector

    • @tuziem27
      @tuziem27 Год назад +1

      I bought the original sensor and the problem disappeared. I guess it was because the sensor was a replacement and not the original.

    ¿no need to delete the code?

    • @AutoBuddynz
      @AutoBuddynz  2 года назад +1

      If you have a stored fault code this will need to be cleared / deleted, once the new sensor is installed.
