Yes, without seeing your spreadsheet i would suggest adding a row for "Overhead" and place it either before or after your "Total Profit". I would format that cell as numeric with negative number shown in red. Your "Total Profit" calc should reflect the net of profits less the negative number of overhead
Likely not. There are multiple formulas and tables. It’s very difficult to do this. Using the regular calendar app may result with what you are looking for. Or I would select only the items you need to export and see if that works.

Thank You Frank for this amazing, super simple video. Really help me and my daughter with her first Mac and numbers. We have a question. When you have an existing spreadsheet open and you want to retrieve a different named spreadsheet just click on “spreadsheets” in the upper left hand corner. It will take you to the recents and select the new sheet you want. That is on an iPhone or iPad. If on a Mac go to file open new or open or recent

It doesn’t work like that you can add a header above it but I will always be known as column one row one. Also this might be difficult to answer with this specific question without doing any kind of zoom.
How do you go back? Once your in your spread sheet but want to go back and look at another one how do you go back without closing the whole app and starting over?

Jan if I am understanding your question correctly. 224/ is telling numbers to divide 224 by the number after the slash in this case 2 which equals 112. When you key 224/1 the result is 224. If you don’t intend to divide just key in the whole number and hit return
If you are trying to key a Roman numeral the cell ir column should be formatted as alpha not numeric. But all Roman numerals are letters so it will default to alpha.
