Hi! My name is Heidi, and I've lived in Tokyo since 2019. I started out as a Japanese language student and since then I've passed the JLPT N4, JLPT N3, and N2 levels.
In my free time, I love exploring what Japan has to offer: from eating delicious Japanese food, cafe hopping, traveling to different prefectures and so much more. In this channel I document my life in Japan. Come join me!

Hi Heidi! Definitely do invest in a pair of Lulu leggins, they are my favourite and when I bought my pair I stopped wearing my old ones, they are just different level. :) I have the Align ones in grey and wear them for casual occasions as well as in the gym.

last vlog of 2023 already 🥹 i also started going to the gym this year because i want to build my strength. even though i’m taking my time with my fitness journey, i’m still very proud for being consistent and for listening to my body. i hope i can explore more workouts/machines next year! 💪 looking forward to your vlogs and more cafe hopping in 2024 🎉

@@heidisarol it was great! I could have stayed another week hehehe. It was cold but not freezing. I do notice japan doesn’t really accommodate big groups. I have a big family bec we’re 15 so we had to be separated.
@mvccarlos hehe so glad to hear it! Oh really? Thats good. At least you could still enjoy being outdoors and yes that's really the downside to traveling in big groups - most if not all restaurants arent used to accommodating big groups for walk ins 😢
