Part for me is that it’s encouraging to know that it’s gonna take time. I pressure myself into thinking that I need to be done at a certain time and I think that’s part of my problem with reading my own hair, braiding my daughters hair and braiding people that I know that want me to do their hair. I get a little about the time, but I also know that I do really well when I take my time. So now I know it’s gonna take time to braid your hair and a lot of that makes me feel a lot better and I think I will be way more encouraged to doing other peoples hair and to not worry about the time it’s gonna take and I’m going to do my hair, especially in my daughters hair. I just installed Boho Soft Locs so I feel your pain! I washed, blow dried parted and loose plated my hair 1 day and did the install over the next 2 days….about 15 hours total for the actual install. I went on a cruise, played in the ocean and Im over it, lol, taking them out now, smh! Great content. Thank you for sharing❤❤❤.

I would section my whole head with those little black rubber bands and then I would do the back first with the braiding and then do the front the next day or so. I like doing it this way because if I had to go to the store or something I could always throw a hat on. But it was always fun to create a new style so I loved it! It’s work, but it comes out great 🥰💯

I definitely understand the way that you grieve cause till this day I still miss my late uncle who passed in ‘02. When you have that bond it never fades away. There are moments where I’m feeling down and his spirit would appear in a dream and would encourage me and I’d feel better.

I just did my daughter's hair the past weekend - my first time EVER braiding in extensions and it was a struggle because its so time consuming, even without making mistakes but such a gratifying accomplishment. I just installed Boho Soft Locs so I feel your pain! I washed, blow dried parted and loose plated my hair 1 day and did the install over the next 2 days….about 15 hours total for the actual install. I went on a cruise, played in the ocean and Im over it, lol, taking them out now, smh! Great content. Thank you for sharing❤❤❤.

Great video 💯👏🏾👏🏾 🥰 i used to take a break too. I would section my whole head with those little black rubber bands and then I would do the back first with the braiding and then do the front the next day or so. I like doing it this way because if I had to go to the store or something I could always throw a hat on. But it was always fun to create a new style so I loved it! It’s work, but it comes out great 🥰💯
