Very similar performance on the 2 RXs. I've got the Panasonic DR29 with the Pre-select board fitted. It worked beautifully for many years, but has gone stone deaf on HF (I suspect a band switch or BFO or the Preselect has failed, but it's too complicated inside to take it all to bits to get at the switches from the back.
