FYI: SAVANNAH GEORGIA: On May 21 we have our election for state and local elections. Question #8 says. Should unelected and unaccountable international bureaucrats from the UN World Health Organization (WHO) be given complete control over future pandemics in the United States and Authority to regulate your health care and your personal health choices? I voted no! Because HELL NO was not an option!

The roast looks yummy Zac. I moved to a whole-food animal-based way of eating June of 2023. Off my type 2 diabetes non-insulin injectable medicine that I had taken for nearly 20 years. Blood pressure medication (3 different ones) dosage cut in half and half again. Down 80 lbs. so far. A1C from 10.9 with meds to 6.3 and no meds. Liver enzymes normalized. Cholesterol all good. I haven't eaten conventionally raised meat in 10 years so no change there, been consuming regeneratively raised grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pastured and organic poultry and eggs all that time except now instead of a few times a week it's 2-3 times a day. What's new is cutting all grains and sugars and processed food. I do still eat some of the lower-carb vegetables and then berries near daily. If you haven't already check out one of Pinball Preparedness videos, the one about Pennsylvania Imprisons Dairy Farmers.

Let them on pasture for 60 days and then turn around and sell the meat as grass fed pasture raised organic beef.

I keep wondering if you are from a state that gets cold winters, if cattle can still be grass fed? I am assuming not if we have no grass in winter.

Shellac has always been used on candies like m&m's and Skittles it's alright. The bug's shell is very bad for you. I wouldn't use anything to do with bugs but the Shellac
