FYI: SAVANNAH GEORGIA: On May 21 we have our election for state and local elections. Question #8 says. Should unelected and unaccountable international bureaucrats from the UN World Health Organization (WHO) be given complete control over future pandemics in the United States and Authority to regulate your health care and your personal health choices? I voted no! Because HELL NO was not an option!
Let's just ear tag the politicians instead
i want them to wear patches of their sponsors, like NASCAR.
We have to support our farmers and ranchers! Buy local. Grow food.
On anything, REGISTRATION LEADS TO CONFISCATION!!! why can't folks get it!? We're sad...
Agreed. 100%. Keep it small & keep it all...also, people need to stop telling ANYONE about their..preps.
I’m old enough to remember when you found bugs in your food, it was thrown away and reported as a health hazard. How things have changed.
💯
My cow is my emotional support animal, don't have to register him!
S. CowS. 😁❤️♥️
Hucow?
Feed ze bugs to ze chickens and then eat ze chickens!
i'm a second stage vegetarian. I don't eat lettuce. I eat the things that eat the lettuce.
What an obvious solution!
It amazes me that it has to be spelled out for some ...
"None so blind as those who refuse to see"
Read up on the two dairy farmers imprisoned for taking care of their cattle. Pennsylvania
I saw that! 😡😡
@@Sabbathissaturday yeah, it’s just awful! 🤦🏻♀️😡
What? Seriously? You cannot publicize anything. Not a garden, not anything about your preps, nothing about your livestock AT ALL. We need to let people know that everything has to be kept private.
Speaking of curry, my wife is cooking goat curry. First batch of our pasture-raised goat this year. Shalom
My neighbor makes it. It is amazingly delish!
I love the goat meat but have not gotten my husband to eat it. Love a good goat burger.
It's so common that people are scanning products for price checking, no one is going to ask what you are doing. They probably are on their phone anyway and not paying attn.
I see alot on their phones, probably instacart people scanning doing orders.
Who cares if someone asks? Are people that scared of random encounters/people? They can just fk off.
Or maybe they are interested and want to know about ze bugs too...
Do you remember the movie Beyond the thunder dome with Mel Gipson? There is a scene where a guy on a bicycle selling water. Mel has a scanner & scans the water & it turns out to be radioactive. Are we on our way to that? First bugs then radioactive food & water?
Yep is another Mad Max movie
He talks about other things than the title of the video until 5 min and the name of the app which I didn't hear is Insect Food Scanner. Saving you time.
Gotta make that $
The soy in tuna has bothered me for years. Often I ended up buying the store brand because it was just tuna and water compared to the big names that have too many ingredients on top of tuna.
And how is it not actually in the ingredients section???
*Them* " But John ate Locust and wild honey"
*Me* "Ok, but he chose to, and nobody snuck it in on him by using crazy ingredient names"
Perhaps they should just say "made with real bugs" 😆 🤣 😂
I have read that the locusts that John ate were actually a plant product. The carob bean plant. Dont know if its true or not. Might be fun to investigate.
@@TheChickenHouse I have heard that perhaps they were not Locust as well. I can't say 100% on the matter. But I can see someone using it as an argument FOR eating bugs. 🤔
@@TheChickenHouselocust tree?
@@thomasjcorson7502 I don't know. I was hoping someone knew for sure.
@@TheChickenHouse
True! The carob pod and honey. Makes a nice vegan fudge with homemade peanut butter.😋
I’m downloading the app now thanks Zach.
I met you and your boys last year at Doug and Stacey’s conference, you parked behind me. Unfortunately we’re not going this year we’re putting in a tornado shelter instead. Priorities…. got to have em.
Haven't you heard that the Media saying it's going to a monster hurricane season, so I'm close to Tallahassee we get alot of that lately.
YUKA is an app that tells you whats in your food
Looks like a cool app. Make it even cooler and have it identify everything in your food.
Registration of dairy cattle has been required for decades. I grew up on a dairy farm in NY. Any animal born a kept your farm had to registered and given an ear tag that was metal. The number and info about that animal were sent to the registration department. I’m 56 now and I don’t remember not having to do that when I was on the farm.
That was not his point! The you-can't-have-your-own-resources/food agenda is underway.
You will not be allowed to buy, sell, or trade without the mark👹
barter is done in the dark, and not discussed.
@@carlh-thehermitwithwi-fi679.
You will not be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast.
Im now scanning every food in the house. Im not stopping until everything is scanned
going to "town" once a month or so...takes me three times as long, i have to read EVERY label. I put more back on the shelf than i put in the cart.
Fortunately, i have an asian market and a REAL butcher and a GREAT local farmer (no venison or raw milk though :( )
It appears that the mark of the beast is mark your beast with electronic tagging.
Next thing you know they will be figuring out how to inject zee bugs with the arm poisons as well so they can get more of it into unsuspecting humans that don't want any.
Probably already have... I mean, think about it. There are no regulations for either, really
The alternative to an ingredient in the flu vacc is catipiller dna.
@@JAFTOBpr9 I am afraid you are likely 💯% correct.
Zach want to meet You someday and Doug and Stacy also.
Must read the cans, lady on facebook showed on video, walmart s corn no longer said good for you, same day picked and packed or from Arkansas, now says Thailand and a warning saying contains lead!
I watched about half of this and never heard or saw the name of the app. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for this. I'll use this EVERY TIME I shop
It would be great if someone would make a "pork" identifier for food products.👍 It seems they sneak it into all kinds of things.🧐
Just downloaded it. I will use it on everything I purchase.
We were literally talking about the shellac yesterday and explaining it to a friend. This is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing Zack! I appreciate you getting this out!! Wish we could be at Doug and Stacey's conference!! Too last minute for us to leave the farm.
My social security number is ..... Wait! does that mean that I'M registered?!?!?!?!?! Yes...yes it does
Most of the time bugs are probably the healthiest ingredient on the package.
Actually big shells are made of chitin which protects pathogens from your body's immune system defenses so no bugs are not healthy ingredients.
Well done, Sir!! Cool new tool, thank you!!
The roast looks yummy Zac. I moved to a whole-food animal-based way of eating June of 2023. Off my type 2 diabetes non-insulin injectable medicine that I had taken for nearly 20 years. Blood pressure medication (3 different ones) dosage cut in half and half again. Down 80 lbs. so far. A1C from 10.9 with meds to 6.3 and no meds. Liver enzymes normalized. Cholesterol all good. I haven't eaten conventionally raised meat in 10 years so no change there, been consuming regeneratively raised grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pastured and organic poultry and eggs all that time except now instead of a few times a week it's 2-3 times a day. What's new is cutting all grains and sugars and processed food. I do still eat some of the lower-carb vegetables and then berries near daily. If you haven't already check out one of Pinball Preparedness videos, the one about Pennsylvania Imprisons Dairy Farmers.
Achets protein is crickets according to the Cleveland Clinic.
I'm a biologist. That is correct.
Achets Protein is printed on what?
The app reading?
Food package ingredients list?
Shellac is a secretion like honey is a secretion...
Blackrock is buying huge acres in Oklahoma,,,asking people to sell 13,000 per acre
Thanks.just downloaded the app.
I met a man that worked for a company that specialized in grass fed organic beef here in the Ozarks. He told me the company would go buy beef cattle from the auction not knowing anything of the history of these animals. Let them on pasture for 60 days and then turn around and sell the meat as grass fed pasture raised organic beef.
How awful!!!
Im so tired of being lied to.
This is why you need to establish relationships with farmers. Don't Believe anything they tell you on the packaging.
Wow. Rampant dishonesty among us. Yes, know your people.
😮
Thank you for this app.
Man this is wicked, I'm gonna scan everything before I buy it. thanks man.
Blessings to you & family. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼
Just downloaded the app.. Scanned a few things and all clear.. Then I scanned a container of crickets that are food for the lizard and it said no bugs
😖 Do how dependable is it?🤬
Then it will be WTF can I have without bugs! They all do lol
Thanks for the info!
It would be nice to see you scan a product or 2 that have bugs.
Shellac is produced by insects similar to honey. It is not insects itself.
Thanks Zac for the bug scanner my wife had me scan everything we have in the house NO BUGS THANK GOD
I got this App for over a year, in Austria. It is really good
Anyone in Canada that has tried this app? I downloaded and proceeded to scan a dozen cans and not one of them it worked on.
Thanks for letting us know about that app, so useful.
Ive just installed the bug app deffently a must have ! I will be scanning everything 👍
Awesome!! ty!!! We ALL need this!!!
I think it's sad that people in the "Homesteading community" would need such an item. Support your local/small farmers.
I don't purchase foods from supermarkets, haven't in years. I'm not a homesteading/farmer, but i just started a garden. I've been EXTREMELY restrictive, but that's what it takes to avoid these poisoned foods.
Sometimes things change. I spent decades making almost everything from absolute scratch, homeschooled children, raised almost all of our meat, milk, and eggs. Prepped stored food and made most of my clothing. Now, partially disabled and caretaker of 95 y/o parent. I have to depend on things like amazon, disposable products, and more canned and frozen products.
If you haven’t looked into tuna being unclean, I’d recommend it.
so amny products have very vague ingredients listed. who really know what they are putting in the food. I know what in my food im growing and thats all that matters
Thank you❤
Zach, do an update video on this app. I was getting skeptical of it because i found nothing with bugs in it. So i googled some products that do contain bug ingredients, and every time it says "No Insects Found". I even scanned a bar fom google and it read it as Cricket Protein Bar, and No Insects Found. I was really hoping it worked. Thanks 😊
Thanks! Downloaded
I already scan everything with Yuka to see if it has hazardous ingredients, guess I'll be scanning with this one too. Thanks!!!
“Electronical”probably combining “Digital “ and “electronic”😄my husband has this talent too.
Thanks Zac! ❤
Hey, Zach. Thanks for sharing this app. I have been writing down ingredient names to check anything I may consider buying. it's crazy how bad things are. I swear it's just about all crappola anymore gross much appreciated. Thanks
LOL downloaded the app and scanned a notebook. It came back as a cheeseburger, but no insects found 🤣 Not sure how accurate it will be for foods?! (edited to add: my hens' meal worm treats came back as no insects found. I think/hope reporting errors to the developer will help fine-tune things. Cans of coconut milk and black beans scanned properly).
Processed bugs on Skittles are bad; the bugs in home-grown food are good.
Real simple..eat ONE ingredient foods😂
I just keep transitioning to make my own and more simple foods my garden is bigger finally this year but of course still needs work love ya wish I could go ❤❤
1917 was very most likely a Jubilee year. And 50 years later, 1967 was too.
So 2017 was.
So this year, 2024 is a Shmita year, the every-7th year land Sabbath.
Leviticus 25: 4.
Leviticus 26: 34.
I just downloaded the app. Scanned a bag of skittles and it said no insects found. ???
Im not sure if i have anything else to add to the video or the already great comments. YOU HAVE POWER AS A CONSUMER. USE IT! I just keep wondering why everyone keeps buying all their stuff.
Anyone feel like Eloi yet?
* sheep sound here*
We have been slowly making all the switch overs to locally sourced food. Almost have all the holes filled. Still buying spices and whatnot online just to keep from supporting the big box stores.
... one step at a time, we can all get /be Free.
soy in a can of tuna? It's called "filler" and SHRINKFLATION
Late comment here. Cochineal extract, carmine, natural red food dye#4 not on list. All from powderd cochineal.
I figured that if you buy products that are certified Kosher there would be no bugs…
The soy is the vegetable broth.
Maybe the tuna was Fed soy...you never know
Always go for "wild caught".
Yell county AR - here we come
pretty cool but that conflicts with my policy of minimal use of my phone wherever possible
Is this an illegal "rule"? Any lawsuits on the horizon?
Is this thing accurate have you tried it on anything with bugs in it yet lol, yeah they have vegetable stock in the great value tuna doesn't make a lot of sense unless your adding oils.
Sketchy times. I like my local rancher. Been doing business for 5 years now. I need to TRUST the substance goingvinto my bod.
We raise our own chicken & a friend has grass fed cattle, garden started.... we don’t buy much from the store...
If you ate a candy bar in the 60's... more than likely, you ate bugs. Candy bars in the 60's had "inert ingredients" listed on the wrapper, which meant anything that might have fallen in during manufacturing. Now soon we will be eating "soylent green".
How do you get your rice? I hear rice is cut with plastic these days I don’t know where to get any that I can trust? Growing it just isn’t possible in my current position.
I love your video and i love that APP. now i will try to down load it on my phone. My kids are brain washed into the system so they might help me or i will try to install it my self. This will SURLY FREAK OUT SO MANY. Yum yum they van have that grasshopper juice run down their cheek when they eat that food. i am very questionable on so many foods that even food that i know is safe i still check to make sure . Thank you for this video
They will eventually not label meat and change requirements on labeling. They’ve already stopped labeling if USA or elsewhere.
oddly, i stop at a hispanic market...ALL of the meat is labeled with it's point of origin.
My butcher, no. He's a REAL butcher, curved glass cases and all.
🙀🐮
They don’t have to list bugs in some things like “nacho chips “. A certain percentage is deemed ok. Im not so sure about sausage rounds and maggots.
Thank you Zak I just downloaded the app I don't want to eat zee bugs sicking
I was just checking how much it is on chinazon
Insect app….$1.99 -
Aren’t they just going to find a loophole using a different name that we don’t recognize a bug bi-products ???????????
Can anyone confirm a product available in Canada with bugs, I'd like to validate the app.
How much more money would it cost a food processor to use insects instead of vegetables?
Truckloads.
I would eat locusts or grasshoppers because it is allowed in bible can u make a recipe for this plz? Secret blessing
For an in depth look at communism, read Malice's "The White Pill". It's coming.
❤❤❤😊😊😊
I prefer to eat something colored with carminic acid from cochineal bugs than carcinogenic red 40
Do you know where honey comes from? 🤨
The reviews on this app say it sucks
It will be free of charge just like scrapie tags in sheep, its all ridiculous
What is a scrapie tag?
@@TheChickenHousetags for sheep and goats that have a ID number
I keep wondering if you are from a state that gets cold winters, if cattle can still be grass fed? I am assuming not if we have no grass in winter.
You hay you fields or buy hay
I live in NY state close to Canada and my cattle guy raises dexter cows and butchers them before winter to keep them grass fed grass finished.
Hey, that's great news a APP to detect Bugs in food. Just in time because (Bug Boy Bill Gates) wants us to eat crickets instead of real food, and THAT TOTALLY BUGS ME 🐛 🐛 🐌 🕷 🪰 😮😮😮
Shellac has always been used on candies like m&m's and Skittles it's alright. The bug's shell is very bad for you. I wouldn't use anything to do with bugs but the Shellac
I thought that this actually scanned the food. Rubbish app
Try and tag my livestock. Ill happily make the news with ya.
