I'm looking at what's happening in Belarus nowadays while listening to Vataha... And now it sounds even better. Stay strong, brothers. Greetings from Poland
I've had this album saved for so long since it popped up in my recommendations. I haven't been able to put it down, and it's an absolute blessing for inspiration when I'm doing world building or writing my novels! ❤ I'm absolutely in love with this 🥰
This music is so raw, majestic, and timeless. It peels away the layers of pain that I often hide under my shield and lets them transmute into a beautiful combination of sweet sorrow and kinetic energy that connects me to the universe.
As I see from the comments, mine is a common experience... This album just crept in from nowhere, I clicked, and... Wow! I love albums that take you on a journey and defy genres. I listened to this all yesterday and today I'm buying it. I'm thinking these guys would be epic live!
I'm sitting in Dunkin' Donuts, writing notes for my essay in Korean Literature. I whimsically decided to play this album to drown out the radio music playing in the background. As the first track began to play, I read the pinned comment by the artist, where they mention the tragic history Belarus has to endure as a result of external bloodshed. The way the first track started, I thought this album was an attempt to show, and only show, the cultural sounds from Belarus, to bring back the light onto the beauty of Belarusian music. Then I heard the drop at 1:08. My whole body - I lack no exaggeration when I say this - my whole body shivered. My heart rose and fell. My throat deficient of air. My hairs shot straight up. I had to let out a warm, heavy sigh and document this rush I just experienced. My Lord. The pain, the anger, the frustration, the injustice, the hurt, the betrayal, the sense of striving for more. All of that was pent up in this build up and let right out upon me, and I cannot thank the artist enough for engaging me in this escapade. I am still attempting to gather my pace of breath. All of this, in just one minute. When they say music is a form of expression, I find this to be it's definition.
Everyone in the comments: "Man why is this in my suggestions? It's cool but seems random." Me, listening to nothing but war chants and folk metal for the last month or so: "Oh, yeah, totally weird."
I was waiting to discover a new music like this: powerful, authentic, full of history and meaning, and absolutely, stunningly beautiful. It seems like youtube's algorithm can be useful once in a while... I'm a huge fan of bands/projects like Wardruna, Nightwish, Two Steps From Hell, not to mention I love traditional Slavic music and sounds/instruments. So I can already tell that Dzivia is going to join them among my absolute favorites. Greetings from Poland to my Belarusian brothers and sisters!

Unreal. I've always loved this type of music, starting out with random Celtic folksy stuff, moving on to Nightwish and other Euro symphonic / melodic power metal, then on to Brothers of Metal and Powerwolf, then over to Wardruna and Adrian von Ziegler. Not once in all that evolution did I come across something like this. If anything, all that other stuff just served to draw me here and I'm totally fine with that. Thank you for making and sharing this outstanding music. Hauntingly beautiful, poundingly forceful, overwhelmingly powerful, emotionally charged. Can't ever praise this enough. 10/10 been looking for this for years without even knowing it

This fills me with vitality like no other artist has been quite able to deliver. "Karahody" is especially magical... once those heavy drums come in at 29:32 after the build up to it, it feels like my mind settles right into the place its meant to be, with a gentle but firm push. Serene, but focused. The vocals following it speak to me like a familiar voice calling for my attention, telling me to remember what it is that I've lost sight of. The pipes revive the coals glowing somewhere deep within, like a sudden gust of autumn wind, stirring my passions and sending embers racing through the ambience of my awareness. A moment of calm arrives, allowing me a brief period of reflection, with the drums still pounding steadily, keeping me stabilized. Again, I hear the voice repeat its call, its message even clearer this time, reaffirming my ambitions and resolve. Upon fully regaining my clarity of mind, the voice transforms from quiet guidance into a rallying cry, instilling in me one final gift of vigor to begin my journey anew, without a trace of dubiety.

The MOST beautiful Music I've ever heard.......and my hand slipped on the keyboard, and this ""Just came on ""...I tapped the wrong video....so I never heard of this music ever before...now I love it more than I can say......It's incredible music, so different from any music I've ever heard...has a spiritual effect on your mind...wow..this is so cool.......this song brought me to a different reality...spiritually.

Можно сказать фанат творчества студии, что подарила нам игру Yes, your Grace и узнал о таком исполнителе из трейлера к новой части. Ваша музыка великолепна.
Amazing album! It's such a pleasure listen to it. Wonderful.
I thnk it's awsome! More etchinc folk should be coming from Slavic lands.
Slava!
I don't know why this are in my feed but waouh ! That's incredible ! What a wonderful moment, listening this album !
Wow eastern European music is such underrated in this world, hails from Egypt
Sephiroth 👍
Beautiful dramatic music ~ Thank you from Cornwall, UK.
Мати моя рідна, це просто казково!

Welcome to the wonderful world of RUclips recommendations. XD
I've been clicking more & more of these recently and I've discovered more things in 2020 already, then I did in the entire year 2019. Now that you clicked this, even more stuff will pop up. Happy hunting.
