If I've been pinned and someone is speaking too light, I'm not gonna hear it. So, accordingly, I wouldn't kick out. I'm willing to bet 99% that's what happened. All parties are to blame. Ref, Priest, Rollins, production. Did Priest forget to kick out, or did someone tell the ref to stop the count? That's the real question. Production could've switched camera angles, but they didn't. Ideally, they would've used ringside cam from the entryway instead of that angle. Even that would've protected him a fair amount. It would've have been as obvious, wouldn't have mattered though.
Punish the referee for stopping the count, just imagine if that clown was working The Undertaker vs Lesnar at WM30, he would have botched the most shocking pin in WWE history.
