This is why Kpop stans should never even think about their disbandment cause you know that the members themselves love the group more than anything
Just imagine years of your life with the same group of people. Watching each other grow and blossom into wonderful successful human beings. Capturing and impacting the hearts of fans at a global level…together. That bond that was created is a level of genuine words cant describe. Twice is their life. Twice gives us life. One of the Kpop GOATs for sure!
I love how they love each other. It feels so genuine and pure like they couldn't live without at least being twice together as a group. You can tell that by how they talk and look at each other, pure friendship and admiration for each other OT9.
I hope they know we'll still follow them even if they out jype, Twice is OT9 and it doesn't need anything else
It really is a miracle that Twice is still together considering this is an industry that measures "Eras" in months, their PD is a certifiable nut, and each member is also crazy (except Mina). :)
Being crazy might be part of the reason why it just works for them.

That's the truth actually. I was in grade 7 when l started listening to twice . It was a good time, their music made me happy . We didn't had much pressure in studies like we do now in college, so me and my friends watched their videos , tried to learn their choreos and passed a happy time laughing and giggling.
Now whenever I see them , its like a nostalgia.
I'm also wish that I could be Once untill the last moment of my life too.

Next year we’ll be hitting a decade & I feel like Twice is still going strong. I remember when they first debuted, I was a high schooler myself 😢 it’s great to see we all grew up well.
I get what she meant. I'm currently working in a very healthy environment and I really love my group. Everybody is so wholesome and everyday is enjoyable. It would suck to see any member of the team leave.

This is true in kpop. I was there during the whole snsd, girls' generation break up. It just wasn't the same afterwards.
Snsd tried really hard with comebacks but they just weren't as on top anymore...
They did a few somewhat successful comebacks but then nothing... after the "party" era there was silence until years and years later.
No comeback, no news, not even a official "snsd debanded", because they didn't disband...
Then around 4 years later they had a 5 member comeback with like 1 song "lil touch" because other members were busy with acting careers, solo singing, tv show hosting, etc.
Then 5 years after that they had an official album and group comeback "forever1".
Sm really dropped the ball on their most successful girl group.
Best way I can explain it is, it was kind of like a good book series that went on for 5, 6, 7 books and was super popular... but then suddenly the author never writes again, but book 7 says there is supposed to be a book 8...
and then 9 years later, after that, out of no where the author says "Hey! So I know it has been a long time, but I just finished writing book 8. Hope you like it!"
And you think to yourself "I don't even remember what book 7 was about... I don't think I'm gonna buy it."
Twice is so lucky all 9 renewed contracts, that their success is still good, and fan base going strong.
Many many kpop girl groups have flopped after disbandment or after a member left.
The key here is twice stayed together, and love each other, and love fans so much.
Thinking about Twice disbanding makes me cry😔

I am very new to the whole K-Pop. So can I ask why it's so difficult fo groups to renew the contract? I'm genuinely curious, like if they want to continue as a group why wouldn't they renew the contract? why is it a "miracle"?
the contract are more like for the individual members themselves (I guess in Twice's case at least), the members said they didn't know all the members renewed their contracts nor discussed about it among each other until the day of the renewal announcement so they must've thought the other members may have other plans such as going solo or changing career paths just like how other groups end up, that's why they see it like a miracle to see how each of the member renewed and wanted to continue as Twice, but tbh it's not surprising to see all of them renew cos they have the greatest bond I've ever seen in a group in general, they're literally a family atp
It's really hard to stay together as a k-pop group. They become too popular, they all go do different things individually. Fail to live up to expectations, they don't get re-signed.
