Thank you, Beverly and Stephen. It is not a happy event when all your work ends with a conclusion that is not what you expected or would want. BUT thank you for posting this. It is a lesson of the matters out of your control that can really mess things up. Please keep making videos. I also live in a short season area. Any videos that have you made that show how to decide where and what kind, and size of a greenhouse to start with? Thankyou.
Thank you for the kind words. You are right. There are many things out of our control when it comes to gardening. As for the topic of greenhouses, we currently don’t have one although I do have a couple of videos where I helped a friend repairing his high tunnel and working with his indeterminate tomatoes. I’m hoping to have one of my own at some point and I definitely plan to create some videos when I do.
Your canner ruined because of it gets dry,out of water and overheated in the gas stove,it had the heat to high an concentreted in the middle section of the canner, sorry about tnat, use a little more water to be sure and the least heat possible, salutes from Puerto Rico ❤❤

Nice video
Thank you
I have a gas stove, so wouldn’t the pressure canner still be useful as long as the top seal surfaces aren’t warped? Just not on an electric cooktop?
Once the canner is warped,it’s not safe to use.
You should keep enough water in cooker.
Very true 😢
