The key metric is tracking accuracy. You don't need North beam or third party attribution tools because if your tracking is off your CAC will go up and you will never be able to scale at efficiency. With all the privacy and IOS changes you absolutely need server - side tracking to ensure all your conversions are being recorded and sent back to the proper marketing channels. If you are using client-side you could be losing out on 20-40% your conversions thanks to ad blockers, IOS 14, etc. Pixels are nowhere near as effective as they used to be. With GTM server-side I can see up to 95% of my conversions and have doubled my ROAS in 30 days.

We tested RUclips and it actually does bring conversions when no other channel does like Search, Discovery, Pmax . However it gets expensive quite soon and does not look scalable. This video is a good example of how to scale youtube ads . Just not my cup of tea.
smart decision as a consumer any company forcing their product down my throat while im just trying to relax after a stressful day of work i now will make a point to avoid that product and anything that company sells even if i previously used said product.

Now whether you decide to use the product or not should not be determined by how many times you've seen the ad, it should be if the product is good. That's like saying your no longer going to use Geico for insurance even though you saved money with them but because you keep seeing Geico ads you rather spend more money with another company. It makes no sense, you need to reevaluate your thought process.
