@@PeeJay3714 As a Chinese local, the word "robbed" seems like a word that was only mentioned 20 years ago. Especially in Beijing, this is even more incredible. Welcome to Shanghai. Consider adding Beijing, Chongqing, Xian, Xinjiang, Suzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou, or Xiamen to your travel itinerary. Pick any of them and I'm sure you'll be incredibly satisfied. The diversity of landscape, culture, some language differences, and cuisine are a pleasant surprise. Enjoy your travels.
Looking at this video I confirm that China has a great future. So many kids.
you guys seem so sweet together❤😊 One tip for you though maybe you could have a summary of your daily cost during your stay in China so that viewers can have a more straightforward idea of the cost here
You visited Shanghai in it’s best season from April to June. ❤
I had a chance to visit Shanghai with my wife and son months before the pandemic. This video brings back memories of our Shanghai Travel. I hope we could visit again Shanghai soon. Thank you for the video. 😊
always enjoy watching foreigners travelling in my hometown. I lived near Yuyuan rd during my entire middle school ages, the video is curing my homesick as a foreigner in SG haha

Wow, so good to see you guys doing China! 👍👍👍plus Flora you can actually speak Mandarine, or enough to get around. Sure helps for you to communicate with locals! Your viewers should appreciate it!🙏❤️🙏
Hopefully my mandarin will improve even more during our month here 😊
Hi Flora & Note. Hope you'll have a great time in China. Especially for Flora, a new fan from Hong Kong here
Thanks so much for following 🥰
You make me want to visit every place you have visited and Shanghai is certainly one of them.
Such pleasant vibe in the video. Thank you both!

Beautiful video of Shanghai. Flora mandarin is quite good, even reading. Wish you two a wonderful one month travel in China.
I’ve been practicing really hard by watching Chinese dramas with Chinese subtitles on 🤣
I never had an interest in seeing China much , I've had a family member that studied in Beijing and some very bad experiences. your vlog has changed my mind and now when we retire to Thailand in a few years, I'm going to Shanghai. People look friendly, food looks awesome, climate is my kind of temp. Love the EVs we own a Tesla Y and we're big believers in the Ezv movement. Hope you guys stay warm . Seems you're struggling a bit with the change in temp from Thailand. Be well and make great memories.❤❤❤
Foreigners in China generally enjoy preferential treatment, especially in the past few years. If you have had a bad experience in China in this situation, I think you should reflect on yourself.
@yongzhu8454 it was my niece study mandarin at Beijing, she was robbed at her hotel
@@PeeJay3714 Which year did that happen?
@@PeeJay3714 As a Chinese local, the word "robbed" seems like a word that was only mentioned 20 years ago. Especially in Beijing, this is even more incredible. If your niece seeks help from the police, she will definitely be taken seriously, because the police can quickly locate the robber through CCTV, and this kind of robbery case is easy to detect and has a generous reward for police.

My beautiful hometown I left 30 years ago and Just visited last December missing her already. ❤❤❤
Your baby already having their own kids ! Time flies, and thankfully got a whole lot better ...
Got to know you guys from the Danang and Hoian videos, and I am so happy you come to visit my hometown Shanghai. I have lived in Hong Kong for 10 years, but Shanghai is still my favourite city in the world! So glad you guys enjoyed Shanghai. Wish you guys a nice trip around China!
Thank you so much 😊

We’re so glad you enjoyed it! We have a lot more fun places planned for this China series 😊
@@FloraandNote I'm excited to see all of this series
Hi Flora and Note Welcome back to China. Welcome to your 1ST Day in Shanghai. I had to laugh out loud when Note said it’s so cold and laughed again when Flora said she had 5 layers on because I just checked the weather for today, shows 60 degrees and sunny. That is definitely T-shirt and shorts for me. That street looks amazing and park too. I am so happy that you both joined in and went dancing in the park. Scallion pancake looks yummy. I could tell that Note really enjoyed the thin pork chop after taking his 1ST bite from his reaction. I laughed with Flora when she dropped the bun. Pork yum, crab must be delicious. Absolutely love seeing all the buildings lit up at night. So Sad when Flora said your going somewhere else, ONLY 1 Video in Shanghai. Absolutely Loved Every Second // Absolutely Outstanding From Start To Finish
Soooo right : )
Thank you Drew 😊🙏🏻 We always look forward to reading your comments. Haha we’re so weak when it comes to cold weather … but somehow the cold wind after sunset in Shanghai is really another level of cold!
Welcome to Shanghai! Hope you enjoy your time here!❤
经常见到你,关注了🎉🎉
Greetings lovely Earthlings couple! 👋 Your video just pops up on my screen… 😮 N’joy watching it, Amazing scenery of Shanghai… 👍

Glad you enjoyed it!
This is such a feel good video. Thanks, Love.
Nice! So looking forward to watch your Hangzhou trip. The West Lake is amazing! Thanks for bringing back great memories.
It’s gonna be a fun one! We upload once a week on Saturdays 😊
That grandpa is genuinely so nice ... TT
Looking forward to more Chinese videos
Great video! We were there in the 90’s, can’t wait to go back. Flora (?) so funny seeing you having trouble doing currency conversion/math in your head🤣
Such a great and informative video! The bund looked beautiful. I'm planning a trip to Beijing next year and now I'm thinking of planning to see Shanghai too after viewing this. Crazy that they have 450 stations. I thought it was confusing in Tokyo
Definitely make a trip to Shanghai too! It’s just a quick and convenient train ride away 👍
First time I see this channel. Flora seems to bew Chinese Canadian and she speaks Mandarin.
This makes their channel very interesting for me. Bell-subscribed immediately.
Both seem to be nice and kind people, I like them.
I simply love your vlogs!
Thank you so much!
What a nice video about Shanghai, it's true and it's so beautiful. Don't get message about China from TV or newspaper, go and see this great country.
Thanks for this vlog.Brought back memories of our many moons trip to Shanghai👍👏😘
The old International Concessions are a very beautiful place. Touches of old Europe. I do hope you get a chance to go to one of my favorite cities in China, Chengdu in Sichuan Province. There is a hotel there I recommend called the Buddha Zen hotel in a restricted walking only area. Of course the food is fantastic. Jinlin Street is a must see and if you can catch a face change show ion the theater area you will enjoy that very much. And don't forget to have a traditional ear cleaning while there! Love you videos!
I love your travels and adventures. I can't wait to see your travels in China. China is so misunderstood by the West. It's a hidden gem that nobody from the West wants to visit. Like Note, I can see myself living there too. I used to think it was an insult when I was told to "Go back to China!" Now I think it's a great suggestion. 😂
It’s nice to have become disillusioned
What I find impressive is that for a city that huge it doesn't feel that cramped. Looking forward to more:)
I love travelling to China! Even the small town i love it! Really safe, comfortable to travel around, great food and so clean! Its my most favorite country to visit in Asia and i have been to 18 countries in Asia
great vidoe.....wow what a wonderful place for a visit.
Love this video!
Always fascinated by this beautiful country,so i am so glad you are doing this series.
Yay! China!! ❤
