not everyone can sleep comfortably on their left. like me. I'm 6 months pregnant. im more comfortable on my right side. but make sure try to change your position to avoid waking up having pain in your body

Shikoelsie Shiko facing upwards is not good. I had stillbirth in my last pregnancy because that was my most comfortable position and baby stopped growing coz flow of blood was no longer efficient . Now I'm pregnant and I always make sure I sleep on my left. Tilting from time to time to my right coz the left becomes painful. But its important to sleep on left side. Not easy but I'm getting used

So according to them just sleep on the left side the entire pregnancy..... WHO IN THE HELL gonna Just stay sleeping in one position. I can't stay on either side to long before I'm tossing and turning. It dont matter what you do, when u get so far along the baby is taking up to much room the only relief is giving birth.

Try to sleep on left side... It will provide good blood flow to your baby... Thus he or she will grow properly.
you can sleep on right side as well...but try to be more on left side
