I literally just experienced this slow bug last night thinking I got an incredibly rare "infinite slow bug" like I have in the past with Quinn and Byte. Time to abuse this.
a good way that i think that could balance stella a bit better without changing much is just increasing the size of the placement ring of the drawings, so she overall gets less drawings then she couldve before hand, idk how much this would nerf her, but could be a good nerf imo
