甜豆 sugar snap peas
6粒 pc. 紅棗 red date
1磅 lb (453克g)
蓮藕 lotus root
3安士 oz(85克g)
紅蘿蔔 carrot
3片薑/2 slices of ginger
1塊薑/1 pc. ginger
混合醬 sauce mix:
4 件南乳
4 cubes red fermented bean curd
1湯匙南乳水
1 Tbsp red fermented bean curd water
1湯匙香菇素蠔油(如喜歡可用普通蠔油)
1 Tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
(You can use regular oyster sauce as you like)
1湯匙生抽
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2茶匙糖
1/2 tsp sugar
適量胡椒粉
some white pepper

Cornstarch water :
2 1/2湯匙Tbsp
水 water
1 1/2湯匙Tbsp
