    髮菜 black moss
    1/2安士 oz(14克g)
    金針 dried lily
    5安士oz(142克g)
    甜豆 sugar snap peas
    6粒 pc. 紅棗 red date
    1磅 lb (453克g)
    蓮藕 lotus root
    3安士 oz(85克g)
    紅蘿蔔 carrot
    3片薑/2 slices of ginger
    1塊薑/1 pc. ginger
    混合醬 sauce mix:
    4 件南乳
    4 cubes red fermented bean curd
    1湯匙南乳水
    1 Tbsp red fermented bean curd water
    1湯匙香菇素蠔油(如喜歡可用普通蠔油)
    1 Tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
    (You can use regular oyster sauce as you like)
    1湯匙生抽
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1/2茶匙糖
    1/2 tsp sugar
    適量胡椒粉
    some white pepper
    粟粉水 :
    Cornstarch water :
    2 1/2湯匙Tbsp
    水 water
    1 1/2湯匙Tbsp

    寶寶姐,請問枝竹要浸多久才會軟?軟透後而還未煮,可否擺放在室溫,還是要放入雪櫃內保存?謝謝。

      你好, 似乎牌子一般要浸幾小時, 還未用要放入雪櫃保存。
