WALKING IN AFGHANISTAN AT NIGHT! - How Dangerous is this?

In this video, I show you more of the ancient city of Herat in Western Afghanistan. Herat is one of the more open-minded cities in Afghanistan. Few women wear the burqa here, and women can be seen wearing colourful chadors. Most people here speak Farsi and the culture is closely linked with Iran.
In this video I wander around the city at night to experience Afghanistan after dark. I was surprised how lit up the city is at night time! I also visited a local neighbourhood mosque at a particularly religious time of year for those following Shia Islam.

To see Herat at night with all the building lite up and bright was a sight that I don't think is EVER seen in ANY Western media channels. They want us all to think that the Afghan people are poor and have no form of night life. This video shows the truth.

When Britain attacked Afghanistan 100 or whatever years ago they completely destroyed the city of Herat , this city had a lot of old buildings but only this 4 minarets and one big Castle in the middle of the city was not destroyed
