Nine years ago, Linda had an accident and she severely damaged her neck (C3, 4, 5 and 6). She's been living with pain, migraines, nausea and limited mobility ever since. She attended the Progressive Workshop in New Zealand in 2018, and she began practicing the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation daily...and began experiencing some relief of her symptoms. At the Sunshine Coast Advanced Week Long Retreat, she participated as a healee in a Coherence Healing meditation session and immediately noticed a big improvement in her neck mobility. Bonus effect: she feels 10 years younger.
