Of course, but being somebody who viewed lots of big fights without any sound and in slow motion, I soon saw that Valero had it all. He had superstamina, combinations, will to trade, superpower in both hands and always made his opponents pay for being hit. His defense was very underrated because most people just look at his knockouts and resume. He had great defense moves and could use his legs if needed.

Valero had the style, power, stamina and ability to compete with anybody. I am sure that he would have held his own very well against Pac and Floyd and I would have had him as the favorite to beat them. He knew how to attack and that's also what is needed to beat the top ones. Valero RIP.

He did spectacular things though. Getting that much 1st round knockouts whatever the opposition is is an accomplishment. Also, beating Mosquera the way he did was spectacular too. Mosquera was not well known but was a very very good champion.
I am used to check every big fight and interesting fights in slow motion without any sound. I've been doing this for 17 years. That is a fact and I studied Valero as well. BoxRec won't tell those things that an analyst can see when he sees a fighter execute in the ring. A punch remains a punch and a reaction remains a reaction. The guy was bright enough to slow down the pace with his jab when he got hurt. When he was 100%, he was attacking, doing counters and working combos. ETC ETC ;)
To this day, I believe this dude was possessed by some kind of demon that helped him train/fight. If you watch his fights he has this crazy drive towards his opponent like he’s fighting to kill them lol. Valero was indeed a machine when he trained.
