@@bigboybrian-9689 If the clock's showing the wrong time to the player, how do you know he wouldn't have shot earlier? He had the ball. Nothing was stopping him.
@@Braktooth the clock wouldve been at atleast a second or lower by the time he got the ball if they started it when demarcus touched it, therefore he wouldve had a way greater chance at missing.

What about that iconic Celtics game winner by Jaylen Brown After the ball goes in, the clock doesn't stop. If it stopped at the right time there would be a little bit less than a second remaining
re: Raptors vs. Kings The players have no idea how much time they actually have to make a play except for what they see on the clock. If the clock had started when Cousins tipped the ball, then im sure Ross would've shot earlier. The refs can't turn a game around like because the clock wasn't running - how would the players know?
There's someone that says something to the official in the high school game before he makes the call. Afterwards, he motions the official to run off the court. Looks a bit suspicious.
The more I watch, the further into addiction into Cosgrove I become. Keep up the good work. We all love and appreciate you and the time you seem to put into this. Also as a raptors fan, that game against the king's at the time WE (Canada) felt so robbed. That was an important game for us standings wise, but it is good the NBA got it right. They only did though cause it was the Raptors lol. However none of us raps fans could feel cheated more then that highschool team at the end. That ref for real was getting paid to call it a game lmao
6:47 The video has time code on it that goes to milliseconds. They know exactly how long it took. All of these issues could be solved if there was a more effective replay system, i.e. the replay officials can call and overturn fouls based on the video evidence on every single play. Then, and only then will the NBA's credibility be restored.
As long as their would be a human that will press that timer .. it will alwaya be a plus second chance because it will never be a perfect timing press .. there will always be a delay .. cause it will wait for the person to actually touches the ball before pressing the timer ..
I agree with the 1st one counted. Coz in real time, it's hard to press the button during that moment. Its more bad if the clock started too early before it reaches his hands.
The NBA refs has a vendetta against the Raptors. I may agree with the call shown here but it doesn't mean Toronto isn't getting screwed. And it's still going on to this day.
Dave Joerger was the coach of that 2014 Grizzlies team that won against the Kings. He's also the coach of that 2016 Kings team that won against the Raptors. What are the odds, how ironic?
The timer should have start after cousin touch so Ross could quickly pull up as soon as he gets it, Officials didn’t start the clock right but why raptor have to pay the prize ???
i do wanna say with the refs in the boogie tipped pass much respect that they actually proved the call cus these current refs wont explain shit, wont have a conversation, and probably wouldve t'd em for their nwnextame
Shots like Raptors vs Kings should NOT be overturned. The amount of luck and skill combined for those shots should be respected. Actually losing the game because of a clock that showed that 0.2seconds he was too late after landing THAT kind of a shot is just pure BS. Shitting on someones happiness and luck.
It like Fishers with 0.4 who somehow catches, turns and then shoots. At that time,, with 0.3 you can only tip. How does that extra 0.1 allow a player to catch, turn, and shoot. I watched that shot a bunch of times and OF COURSE, the clock didn't start it until after Fisher turned.
Sacramento Kings being screwed once again? League changing another rule because of a 80-90' Chicago Bulls complain?.... Some things would never change...
Amazing how they can tell you what you can do in .3 sec....so y'all changed the rules cause y'all can't shoot a ball in .1sec or .3 sec I've seen it multiple times......just say your kind can't do it🤣😂‼️
You should look up some of my hometown High School playoffs and championships. The Harrisburg Cougars of Harrisburg, PA, I would love to see and hear what you got to say. Good or bad.
7:58 | But honestly tho like I know Cousins touched it and all. But how were the raptors supposed to know? Like Cousins touched it but the clock didn’t start so the raptors would feel like they had more time. If the clock did start it would make sense then Ross would’ve shot it from where he caught it, if they started the clock. And besides if you look closely Cousins touched it when the ball was still in the in-bounders hands so isn’t it out of bounds, Raptors ball? But anyways I’m not trying to start a rumour.
When you have 💚Grove💚 in your name. You better come with that green...I mean great heat. He's doing that. I press liked on all the videos. I've never done that before
No one got robbed like raptors during the (Curry) warriors vs (Lebron)cavs era. NBA was making sure raptors werent a threat to make and they were. The year Lebron won the title Raptors were the only team to win at least a game. That was the cavs only lost going into the finals.
On the Trent Tucker deal, there was 1.0 second remaining on the clock, not 0.01.. The game clocks in the early 90’s didn’t show in tenths, only full seconds.
If you really look at that one dude...it wasn't a catch and release, it was a push, a bounce off, like volleyball. So catching it and releasing it is not possible under 0.3s
