Update: i have completed my visa appointment. The VFS people notarization of documents is not required, if done no issues. And sponsor affidavit, PAN of soansor and bank statements and such are not required. They only ask for the documents in the visa checklist. Only problem i faced was that my photos has bluish grey background, for which they asked me to retake the photos in the vfs office.
Exactly! U have to only submit list of documents in the Visa check list! Other things photo Thats not a issue! Thats frequently happens to so people!

Please anyone can suggest a notary service in Hyderabad. In my Gachibowli area they are charging 150 rupees per page.
You dont need to notarize the documents, you can just carry xerox of the documents mentioned in the checklist

After loan sanction should we transfer the money to our savings account? Or should we transfer the money directly to blocked account? If we need to transfer directly to the blocked account, then how to use instarem here? Who should transfer the amount to blocked account loan provider or we? If loan provider should transfer, then how are we supposed to use instarem there?
Its all depends on your bank manager! If he is ready to send your savings bank account then u can pay it by using instaRem! If not ask him to send directly to your blocked account(mention reference number or description that u having in form5!)

Hi Ravi, few more questions:
1. Can i get visa approval and stamping done simultaneously with the same appointment?, my course starts on October 1st.
2. Up until may i was working in Punjab, currently i am in Vijayawada after resigning. I have written to Chennai consulate as to what would be my visa consulate, they told me that i will come under Chennai consulate. Will VFS Hyderabad accept my experience and resignation letter?
3. Can we show VFS the motivation letter written for university, and do you have cover letter template?
4. Should the date of notarization be mentioned in the notarized copies?
1. You have to book one more appointment for the stamping
2. Ofcourse! If you have visa appointment in hyderabad they will accept your application in hyderabad! It doesn’t maater!
and regarding work experience they need just work experience form from starting date to ending date! If they ask your resignation letter then u should submit that. Other wise no need.
3. Ofcourse, But just mention why u selected that university and why u want to study in germany!

I contacted the university about this. But, I'm worried as to how I can get the visa within a very short amount of time. If you could help me out on this, I'd be very grateful to you bro.
Bro My situation is also similar to you, got my admit letter around feb end ; course starts around 19 April ; I am coming to hyderabad for visa slot. I got permission from college to attend online for few weeks if visa gets delayed. I encourage you to do the same as well. Currently visa slots are available in hyderabad. U can book one as it challenging to get slot.

Thank you for the info but to add to it I had one query. My admission letter would not be arriving until May beginning. Also blocked account, insurance process has not started. But I need to travel to germany by the end of August. Do you suggest I can start booking for visa slot now itself? Because I'm not sure how the above processes( insurance , blocked accounts etc) can take and don't want to end up with a appointment date with missing docs. Thanks again for the help in your video 🙂🙂
Mostly your semester will start in sep or oct. So if you have visa slots available for August. Try to block one. And if you have money ready on that time Blocked account, insurance etc takes just one week to get.

@@gottaricotta I recently got my appointment done on 30th of March at VFS Hyderabad. I took notarized documents to which they mentioned that it isn't necessary and also no issues if the documents are notarized anyways. Just get the checklist documents and also carry your graduation grade sheets and final grade sheet, inter or +2 marks memo and also the 10th certificate because they'll take those and is required.

What ever documents you have submitted for that particular university! At the time of VISA You should submit those documents! Ielts or TOEFEL OR medium of instruction certificate or anything!
