Hello sir. I need your help if you don’t mind. How can the hydraulic diameter be calculated of a pipe with an inner diameter 0.026 m and length 1 m if a turbulator is placed along the course of the pipe, this turbulator contains of two parts, the first part is straight solid pipe with a diameter of 0.015 m and length 1m, second part is a solid pipe with a diameter of 0.004 m that wraps around the first part in a spirally, since the pitch is 0.09 m and the number of turns 11 and the length 1.21 m?
