Love the music! Watching this video is the perfect way to end the day. The juxtaposition of negative and (positive?) painting with lovely music and the beautiful scene resulting is really remarkable! Thank you!
you prolly dont give a shit but if you're stoned like me atm then you can stream pretty much all the new movies and series on Instaflixxer. I've been watching with my brother for the last couple of months :)
It is so radiant ! I love when the painting is so full of sunlight. These paintings literaly brighten the room in which they are hanged on. I love when sun shines, and there is actually no sun at all. It fuels my soul with peace when I notice it.
Hi Rick...I'm one of your Students, and happened on this video. In the process of following along painting this beautiful subject, I was entranced by this music selection. You listed Huma Huma however, what is the name of this song, it's so beautiful. See you via Zoom! thanks
I am always totally entranced by your methods and style. Thank you. It is difficult to tell where you are actually following the lines of the sketch and where you are just painting intuitively from experience, but I am dedicated and passionate to learn as i watch. Maybe a tutorial or group session in my future??
Thank you so much for sharing. I had never like flowers: so many artists paint flowers, especially the Japanese and Chinese. But your flowers are exceptionally gorgeous: no details which make the painting so artistic and romantic. Thank you for not doing "time lapse" which is so useless.
Thank you! If you go to the "Studio page" on my website, I have all my materials listed there along with where I purchase. Just click on the image labeled "brushes" and you'll see the brushes I use. If you click on the individual images of the brushes, you see where I purchase. Here is the link to my studio page: rsurowiczart.com/studio/
Hi MaryAnne, Royal Blue is Holbein's version of the pigment PB60. Other manufacturers call it Indanthrone blue, Indantherene blue, and Delft Blue. They are all PB60. Daniel Smith's is Indanthrone blue.
You make it look so easy to paint. Interesting to watch your use of the spray and tissue and your return strokes. My appreciation.
Thank you Helene !!!
