Same...grew up listening to GD and bigbang! Dawn definitely gives me GD vives, but I don't mind it either (I like it). I'm sure dawn like many other artists were influenced by GD. As a fan of Dawn and GD I can see their similarities and differences and know they each are their own and unique artists. I support and love both of them! @@victoriab98 I mean that's fair and Understandable but I don't think a lot of people realize that new stuff really does come from older stuff. It's the same way people call Taemin the michael jackson of kpop, it's because a lot of what he does, is Michael jackson-y or even for western artists get compared to the ones before them a lot because a lot of what they do is either homage or closely related to what came before them lol We know they aren't the same but doesn't mean we can say that it's like (x,y,z) it's not a bad thing.
truthfully i saw those comments like many years ago when he was in Pentagon, others are saying his copying GD style. I feel like dawn has his unique style, maybe it's because they got the same voice but their raps and flow are still different. I love now that he's a soloist he can show off all his uniqueness

Dawn has never copied anyone and for all we know he probably actually does look up to GD so for people to say that he's "copying" is just straight up wrong imo.
