Been binge watching all your videos, You make some fantastic videos for European work. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for filming these for us. Still have a few more deliveries to watch, Which i look forward too. Hope all is well. Look forward to the next Paphos episode!
Your videos are interesting 🤨 knowledge thanks mate
How did I miss this? You put out some of the best content! thank you!!
Scanning the passport is used to verify your biometrics held on the chip embedded in the passport. There is no record currently kept of arrivals and departures.
love your videos mate, thanks so much
Thank you 👍👍
Get your company to get you a fridge trailer. Whether you are loading fresh or ambient for your backload, surely having the fridge would give more options. And you can always run when its running 😉😉
We have little to no need for the extra weight and cost of a fridge. There's enough financial margin that the customer will pay for an empty truck.
👍
Is it cheaper going by ferry or euro tunnel. Is it quicker now or before brexit. Great chanel by the way and I enjoy the content. 👍👍
Ferry is always cheaper as it can hold so many more vehicles. There are more checks and steps involved now so it will always be slower crossing than before brexit.
Are Bracknell..... did you get nostalgic for the old days .
Not really but I look over every now and then to see what’s changed.
Hello,
I got my module 2 coming up soon. I like your style of video more than the other truckers. Do you get paid for those days when you are not driving (when abroad) like when you were working on your videos in the cabin? I watched a few videos of truckers talking about the negatives and they seem to add up. Not enough money, long hours, not enough hours, unreliable agency, sat in a car park not getting paid for the day... on top of the possibility of losing your license because of weird rules. No one seems to like it much. It seems like an adventure when you are setting off, but then you mentioned 14 hours in the truck the first day. I am a little concerned about pay, hours away in a car park and any stress experienced during the drive. Could you talk a little more about those things in your next video please. All the best, Simon
Yes we get paid everyday we’re abroad. Trucking is definitely a lifestyle job even on days. Long hours are standard most of the time. As for money if you work for a min wage company then yeah the money won’t seem good but I’ve never had too much of a problem with pay apart from S&K £300 a week plus earnings bonus which took a lot of effort to get.
@@DTWTheWanderingMuzungu Hello, Thanks for the response, sorry its a bit late. Everyone seems to complain and it is putting a downer on me. Seems like hard work at all hours and no money. I want to be positive about it. Though agency work seems a little unpleasant, but hey ho. All the best, Simon
Why on earth is there a ban?
Most of Europe has one on sunday and bank holidays. Plus saturday during the summer.
@@DTWTheWanderingMuzungu that is ridiculous
