Depends on the size. We have size 30 and 40 both look big but 40 cooks 25kg of rice.

You do not need to par boil ,wash with enough salt.

For such large quantity of rice is it possible to par boil before you add to the stew?
No you don't parboiled for large quantities.

I'm actually making estimate for 300 people...since a bag of rice contains 50kg,1kg can serve 8 people.. meaning that 1 bag of rice can serve up to 400 people 🤦🤦 please I really need guideline on this 🙏🙏

I called a caterer to make 2 bags of party jollof and she requested for 1 bag of salt. Mind u, we're not using 1 full cow. I'm wondering if the 1 bag of salt is much. What do u think?
