    From last 16 years I am taking medicine for mental tension now I am 29 years old I have just started meditation madam it seems life is over pls help I am not getting attention while meditating rest I am sure meditation is the only thing is the treatment of🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    This majic journey in a beautiful boat with you didi is very pleasant.As I was was reaching in the depth of mind I got slept.When I awake I was being given positive affirmations and getting relaxed.     Mam ky ap meri help kriye ga main bahot parsn hu mjhe roj lgta meri dam ghut rhi meri sine me body me pain hoti nahot parsn hu sirf dam ghutne lgti roj report normal hai sari dr kitna dikhau thak gai dr kahete hai mjhe anxiety disorder hai

      Mindset change hone main thoda time lagta hai. Daily yoga, pranayam, meditation kare. Busy rahe family members se baat Karen akele na rahen. Achhi books paden. Jis din aap apna man mazboot bana lenge sab theek ho jayega. Aur jaroorat lage to achhe doctor se advice lein. Stay blessed

    Heading tanav chinta aur depression ki bajay Relaxation Happy feeling aur chinta tanav bahar ja rahe hai sabad iske badle man me gaharai se relaxation aa rahi hai words use kare mam nahi to ham tanav chinta yahi gunjega hypnosis me.

      Thanks for listening. It is scientifically proven that our thought cause emotions in our body and these emotions affect our body . If we change our thoughts into positive thoughts we feel more relaxed and peaceful . This helps to overcome stress ,fear, anxiety. Visualization meditation is the method of picturing positive images, ideas, symbols or using affirmations to help calm the mind while the body is in a relaxed state. I agree its only imagination but works very effectively to calm our mind. Hope I made myself clear. Stay blessed
