i am currently batch loading as i type. i am working on appros 2500 556. doing the trimm part now.. waiting on the new HORNADY Trimmer..when is Brownells gonna have that in stock? in time for christmas? great video.. that is one pricey press right there, definatly for precision reloaders
You didn't mention the price, I looked it up, now I know why. I have 4 presses, single stage, semi-progressive, progressive, all capable of precision loading, all different manufacturers, only my fancy blue, slightly modified progressive press come close to the price of this single stage. Yeah, it's got some interesting features, some are just selling points. I've never had a problem with my shell holder dislodging in any of my single stage presses, many other manufacturers using a bearings in there mechanisms, many have grease fittings. A hard pass on this pricey press. BTW, I've loaded many thousands of rounds, multi-caliber over a 40+ year experience. This press is kinda like buying Festool products for a weekend woodworker, typically one who has some kind of honorific abbreviation connected to his name.
I buy a lot of their products good stuff if I were looking for a new press I would snag one now maybe if it were a turret press that would change my mind ??
That shell holder is brilliant
Love L.E. Wilson! I have many Dies! I use an arbor press mostly. This press looks awesome!
I always look forward to your videos!
I can feel it….smooth..,😂
$1300!!!
I think I’ll just put a Wilson Combat sticker on my ancient Rock Chucker.
That Wilson Press is nice though.
$1134 and no primer cup. :-(
