hello,thank you for this video.I have a nparticle simulation setup like this in maya.All is good (particle color,size,transparency ext.)working.When i push the motion blur on ,my scene is crash.I am not sure what is the reason or issue?
Hey Saul, I was wondering do you have any suggestions or recommend a redshift node or process to use for geometry converted from an Nparticle system and exported/imported as alembic? I tried to use the Maya 3D texture node but it's not supported. Thanks!
Thank you! I have an issue with foam particles in Bifrost. There's no way to render them, they just don't appear (although they show in the viewport and when I render them in Arnold). Do you know what can the problem be? Thank you!
Redshift sphere primitive was not supported until version 2.0.80 I believe so if your using an earlier version it would not generate the sphere primitives needed for bifrost foam just upgrade to a newer version.

Why the particles has shadow? i see particles in arnold and the particles doesnt show these shadows in the particles, looking like more realistic and less just spheres, like it mix better. Why it happens? what can i do to get this into redshift?
@@TheArtofSaul Broooo, i figured out, hehe!... I have been using blender too and using these two programs has helped me to understand the concepts and some tricks and principles to do. Saying this i want to tell you that, shading the particles and converting the particles into instances objects, i can replicate the shape of anything, even rain. So well, thats cool!
Manuele Lor The older versions dont automatically instance sphere primitives so you have to also attach an instancer to your particle sim to instance a poly sphere or object. The rest of the info should be the same though that version also might be before userdata nodes so you might have to use the particlesampler nodes only. I highly recommend updating to a new version. Hope that helps!

Hello, i am using Redshift 2.0.76. Is this version enough for the particle rendering to work ?
