What makes it even more heartfelt is the Anne’s (Grandma’s) biological son, Kevin, died on the job as a firefighter. She probably thought she would never get to be called Grandma. So for Chimney to give her the Grandma title is something she probably never expected, and I doubt she would have ever asked knowing she was Chimney’s mother’s friend. And now here she is, holding the baby of her foster son, named after his mother and being called Grandma. No wonder she teared up.

Maddie has just given birth and she's still working?
This is a bit after the birth, that’s why they both are returning to work and Albert is still injured but has no scars( they’ve healed).
