This looks so delicious. Thank you so much.
I got introduced to authentic middle eastern food through my partner who is from Iraq. I am turkish myself but i love to mix turkish and arabic food, especially when i make meze. Ful is one of my favourite simple foods. I eat it with turkish homemade bread and the combination is just amazing. Thanks for the recipe, i'll definitely give it a try.
Wait aren't Turkish and middle eastern food similar???
@@tinkerbell9282sometimes the name of the dishes are similar, for example dolma but the way turkish people prepare it is a lot different than the middle eastern people and so is the taste. And we also use way more vegetables and greens/fresh herbs in our dishes.
Thank you much for the video, helped me prep this fast! My father loves this so do I!!!
Thanks for sharing. This is my favorite dish too!
Love Ful! Great recipes, my parents are Jordanian and my dad would make this for us. Great video.

It's quite interesting how foul medammas is done differently throughout the Arab world, I'm from Lebanon 🇱🇧 we do it different but willing to give this a try 👍
I really love how you break it down 👍
Thank you so much! I learned how to make this from my mom and when I try other types of foul, it just doesn’t compare to hers but love them all 🤗
@@Moribyan thanks to you for posting the video, you what's also really interesting is that We the Arabs are probably the only people who eat legumes as main breakfast dish

Where I live I can only get my hands on the green fava beans. Could I use those for this recipe aswell?
Is it ok if I use different kinda of beans?
Amazing. Can you use green fava beans?
Man I remember eating this throughout my childhood when I used to live in Saudi! Could you let me know if there's any substitutes I can use for the fava beans (I can't seem to find them here ☹️)
Awesome, look forward to more vegan recipes!
Gotchu!
ما شاء الله تبارك الله ❤🙏❤️
Where are the ingredients? Pls
Never mind, I found them. This is awesome. I love Arabic food. Great presentation. Thank you!!
as a cultural dish we stir in tahini at the end and we usually swap out the cilantro on the top for chopped parsley YUMMMM and a side of eggs if your not vegan
Can we substitute with any other bean?
It's fun to edit spirituality.

Hello ! I just want to ask my canned fava beans doesn't smells good, are they spoiled or they smell just like that only?
For dry fava beans, how do I get the beans as soft as they are in the can? Leave them in a jar of water for like 48h?
Can this be served cold also?
