This album gave my dark little soul some much needed life lol! To anyone who said she wouldn't be successful after leaving 5H, she got the number one album and song in America right now! So she doing her thing and is already proving to be more successful without the other girls.
I think the reason why her voice sounds better here than in Fifth Harmony is because she isn't trying to push her voice to stand out among 4 other girls anymore. She's found the perfect medium for her voice, and that's so rare for a debut album. I loved this reaction because you actually paid attention to her lyrics, which a lot of people skim over. Again, I have no doubts that Camila can write amazing songs, but we can't confirm that she was really involved with all of the good lyrics on here. Girl I nod so many times especially in the middle here. What you said about her and the drama need to be displayed in Times Square for everyone to read. And I’m glad people can hear how good she really is now because she can play around so many different ways of singing now. Obviously in a group you contribute in a smaller way and their label (we know how they worked) maybe tell her to only sing high notes and ad libs because that’s what makes her standout than the other girls. Each one of them has their own standout parts (lauren with low notes, ally with her hifh notes, etc). So now she can really focus on her vocal more and really try different things with her voice. And I’m glad she wasn’t afraid to explore and show something different for everyone. Not caring so much about what people (especially haters) expect her to do..
Consequences & In The Dark ARE MY FAVS. On point though with Into that it sounds like Lorde. The first verse reminded me of Sober (the way she sang in some parts of the song) & the production on the chorus remind me of Homemade Dynamite for some reason.

Girl I nod so many times especially in the middle here. What you said about her and the drama need to be displayed in Times Square for everyone to read. And I’m glad people can hear how good she really is now because she can play around so many different ways of singing now. Obviously in a group you contribute in a smaller way and their label (we know how they worked) maybe tell her to only sing high notes and ad libs because that’s what makes her standout than the other girls. Each one of them has their own standout parts (lauren with low notes, ally with her hifh notes, etc). So now she can really focus on her vocal more and really try different things with her voice. And I’m glad she wasn’t afraid to explore and show something different for everyone. Not caring so much about what people (especially haters) expect her to do..

On point though with Into that it sounds like Lorde. The first verse reminded me of Sober (the way she sang in some parts of the song) & the production on the chorus remind me of Homemade Dynamite for some reason.
To be real there so many sample in this album. No shade.
