He won Olympic gold, volunteered as an officer in the Royal Naval Division. Fought at Gallipoli and was one of the last to evacuate at the end of that disaster. He was killed leading his men in the assault at Ancre, during the battle of the Somme.
This is a really beautiful performance, thank you for posting. Can you please tell me where we can find the music? I have the full string orchestra score but can't seem to find the quintet version anywhere.
Maravilhoso, sublime, encantador.

Stunning piece and a new discovery. I just heard Kelly's name on a R3 documentary and found this work, beautiful. Thank you
What a great work. Beautiful

Would you object to my cross-posting this lovely piece on my channel?
please do feel free to share on your channel!
