i think cmf series are very experimental and creative ideas and when one or 2 of the ideas is really useful, popular or expenive to make (like the coins or the space baby) they put them in bigger sets

The reason other than the agent family that they have similar parts could be because of the time travel stuff is rippling through time leasing for things and stuff to change slightly and the more it goes on the more it changes things
