I’m visiting Turin and the museum next month. When you booked your reservation time online, were you able to walk around the museum before going on the lift or did you have to show up early to make it to the lift?

Hi, the lift is the first thing you're going to see when you enter the museum, and after that you can walk around the museum. The museum's main hall is a few floors up from the ground floor, that's why!
