Great video. I needed a refresher, and you did just that - in less than 3 minutes no less. Thank you.

This is a great alternative to games like Coup or Secret Hitler. It has the same vibe but lighter.

If a bid is made by a player, intending to bluff as they added a skull, but no one bid above them, they need to reveal all their own disks, flipping their own skull. Does this skull count in their bid and they lose? Do they also lose randomly one of their own disks?

Yes, in that case the skull counts and they lose one of their disks (random selection).

In the case that a player makes the highest bid of 5, can a player match that bid?

No, once the highest bid is made, that player “wins” the bid and starts flipping them one by one.

Losing player loses randomly 1 disc? So it could be a skull they lose in their disc deck?

      Yes

So can you bid when each player has placed one bid. If so couldn’t this be abused to make people lose discs quickly.

I thought only the first player gets to challenge? But u say anyone can challenge by not putting down a disc?

That’s right. Each player adds a disc until one makes a bid instead of adding a disc.
