Hi, I have downloaded 'Devops_VM_Master.ova' and started. I have selected ubuntu and it leads to black page in which I could not able to see anything. If i press on that black page, the cursor is disappearing to which I need to do switch user again and start fresh session again. Could you please help on this.

Hi Reshma, Really a good video for a quick start. Thanks much!! I launched two RHEL ec2 instances. I am able to ssh into host server from central server using terminal ssh but when I try to run "ansible -m ping 'server-name' " command , I get the below error" | UNREACHABLE! => { "changed": false, "msg": "Failed to connect to the host via ssh: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic). ", "unreachable": true } same private key is present in both host and central server. Can you assist?
Hey Shweta, thanks for checking out our tutorial! We're glad you liked it. If you are able to ssh into your host server from central server, it definitely means there is an ssh connection. If you are getting the error in running the ping command you mentioned, then you might be typing your server name wrong. Check your host inventory and make sure you type the exact same name of your server in the command. Mind that it is both space and case-sensitive. This might be the only possible reason for the error you are encountering. Hope this helps. Cheers!
Hey Ramesh, thanks for checking out our tutorial! No, we don't need to install Ansible on the host machines. It only needs to be installed on the master node or Control machine. Hey Srikanth, thanks for checking out our tutorial! Yes, this is possible. You can provision even the vagrant box running on the same host machine. All you need to do is update the ip address of the vagrant box in the host inventory present in the Ansible control machine. What is confg file and host file and where it is located
Hi Ankit, Certain settings in Ansible are adjustable via a configuration file (ansible.cfg). The stock configuration should be sufficient for most users, but there may be reasons you would want to change them.
