Thank you Damian for showing the beaches in Phuket. But for me Beaches are not the most important thing when I go on holiday in Asia. The nature and culture of Bali are more important to me.
From what I remember from Phuket in 1998, I liked Kata beach. Calmer and easier to bathe for me who doesn't like to have my head under water. I had a scary experience at Karon beach when I fell into shallow water and came down with my head in the sand under the water. Came up to the surface and didn't know which way to go out of the water.
Tried practicing dipping my head under water when I was younger but it's hard for me. Stay safe.
BTW I got my Passport now so I can come to Bali on 26 october.

We have been to Patong a decade ago. Although it was not the best beach in the world, it was one of the best places we’ve been to and would love to visit again someday.
