I've got some comments about the tongue positioning. When I learned this I barely cared about my tongue. Anyway, this is my explanation: I keep my tongue at the bottom of my mouth, pretty far ahead in my mouth. Then as I make the liproll, I drag the back of my tongue back towards my throat (as I also at the same time open up my jaw). This is to expand the area in my mouth to create more suction so that I'm able to produce the liproll.

I tried learning it since last week, at first i basically done a zipper wich was also very cool but not what i wanted. then i watched ur video and it barley sounds like a liproll, i guess i just have to practice it daily and often to learn it. thanks for ur video bro it really helped me a lot. greetings from germany

If I do it really much yeah. Like if I do several of napoms routines like dip and you can't roll like this I feel a bit tired but it mostly in my chin actually :P

Once i figured all the material you need to do this sound, trust me it will only took you 5 days to get it before i learned this sound i do some experiment like watching napom video everytime and seeing my friend doing it. And then i start learning it well it only took me 1 day to get the outward inward liproll then keeping on practicing eventually 4 days later i got the sound like a boss 😎
ive got the deep tone now but its very short like a burst. ive been working on it for about 2 months and I'm already starting to get it. Im just have difficulty with making it longer
You don't need it behind upper teeth, I keep it down in it's natural place. But you should drag back your tongue while doing the liproll. See pinned comment.

not going to lie i find insanely hard for some reason to tip my jaw in the direction opposite my lips XD they want to go the same way, i cramped my neck trying to force them the oposite way of each other

You want your bottom lip to be relaxed, top lip, like he said, needs to be pulled to your teeth a wee bit. Just practice mate, beatboxing is hard.

You don't need it behind upper teeth, I keep it down in it's natural place. But you should drag back your tongue while doing the liproll. See pinned comment.
