Blake i actually have a friend in Romania who has a private ranch and has 4 Muntjac deer . Their habitat has a big artificial river goint trought it and 3 mango trees and other plans but the mango trees are perfect becouse they add a jungle feel too the habitat and they also provide tasty and healthy snaks for the deer . You should try to see if you can fit one in there Good Luck :)
Dwarf mulberry tree is nice and some dwarf pomegranate and dwarf banana 🍌 that way they got fruit trees to reach and eat from. They have them on ebay. They are absolutely adorable 👀 💛 👍🏽also plant some grass seeds in all the bald spots on the ranch especially when you know its going to rain especially around the Avery and where you moved the tortoises 🐢

Bambi and Faline (bambi's girlfriends name from the movie) The rocks are kind of like salt lick for deer, it's a good way for them to get the minerals.
Options for birds could be golden pheasants, lady Amherst pheasants, Victorian crowned dove, fruit doves some species of Asian waterfowl like Philippine ducks and ruddy ducks. Btw all these birds are found in a muntjacs habitat so that’s a plus.
It’s may looks dope and cool on the bright side but maintainance,cleaning and caring’s gonna be hell,I think I will get overwhelmed by the amount of caring I have to do,but I would be more than happy if I can have a ranch 1/3 the size of him
If you are seeking swans ,I am thinking..being the Aussie that I am.... is to keep that Australian theme going with your larger birds as you already have the Emu and Cape Barren geese, so you must get Black swans! :)

The Palawan Hill Mynah is something I would recommend, not a huge bird but can talk like a parrot and very cheap as well. Could get a flock of these and hear them speaking to each other.
These guys are so awesome to watch. I can't wait until you get them outside and can incorporate other Asian species with them. Golden pheasants and Emerald doves are gorgeous birds from the deers native habitat. Maybe we could see some of those in there with them.

You should plant Camellia sasanqua its a nice native plant of asia and u should have a nice little patch near the little stream you are about to build it does have a nice beautiful flower and the muntjacs would be able to eat fallen peddles and they like to blossom their beautiful peddles in fall and winter so things wouldnt look dead in the enclosure at that time and u should add 2 or 3 chines perfumes trees to provide shade for them
